Bespoke curtain poles can be made to suit most windows and I am commonly asked to make curved poles for oast houses. I have made many different bracket shapes and finial types to suit my clients' wishes, though my simple flattened sphere finials are most popular. I typically make the poles from 20mm hollow tube to save on weight, make the finials removable so curtain rings can be added/removed as required and thread discreet grub screws into the brackets to bite against the poles to prevent them from moving.
