BACK TO SIGNS

My second piece of work for Cafe du Soleil in Canterbury, the first being a sun themed street sign which can be seen here.
The brief was for a robust stand that would illuminate a menu at night. My design utilized pieces of heavy weight flat steel bars rolled into curves, with plasma cut sheet welded between them to make a decorative RSJ of sorts. I welded a series of clips to the inside of the leg so the power lead runs discreetly down and away.
